‘Brincos à Rei’
King Style Earrings
They are very similar to the previous ones
but more elegant, with a superior part (heiress of the ‘laça’ or
‘laçada’), and a closing part – that mobile part that appears at
the centre of one of the components of the ‘Brincos à Rainha’ no
longer exists. Their name doesn’t mean that they were used by
Kings or ‘fidalgos’, but to differentiate from the ‘Queen Style
Earrings).
